Couple
I approach couples counseling with the expectation that the couple is entering therapy at a crisis point in the relationship. Therefore, the first three sessions are twice as long (90 min weekly session) $500 per session. This aids the couple in gaining relationship skills quickly and transitioning the relationship out of crisis. After, the relationship has been stabilized (45 min weekly session) along with alternating individual sessions with each partner will begin.

Pre-Crisis Intervention
You know when you have that feeling something is off, and you should do something about it?
The purpose of Pre-crisis intervention is to Intervene before things escalate to a crisis level. Be proactive instead of reactive!
